Payment Plan:
Deposit of $1,500 is due at time of registration
Balance due in two equal installments on 12/15/2026 and 3/15/2027

Pay by e-check and receive a 3% discount!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before 12/15/2026: $600 non refundable
Cancellation between 1/1/2027 and 3/31/2026: deposit is non refundable
No refund for cancellation on or after 4/1/2027

Decrease / increase in number of weeks:
Decrease in number of weeks will incur a $75 fee per week after 3/15/207 – no refund for weeks cancelled after 4/15/2027
Addition of weeks is subject to space availability
Rate will be adjusted according to the total number of weeks registered – see table above

Camp will be closed on July 5th in observance of Independence Day

Early Dismissal at 1pm on August 13th, the last day of camp
